Lindsay Lohan hit the Manhattan premiere of Jake Gyllenhaal's The Source Code Thursday night.
Still facing a legal battle for allegedly stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store, "Lindsay seems much more at ease now that she's decided to go to trial and not take a plea deal," a source tells UsMagazine.com. "She feels that the jury will see she's innocent."
Yet, after she fell while leaving a local bar Wednesday night, blogs were buzzing about whether the recently rehabbed Lohan was back to her old ways. "Is it not allowed to slip and fall?" Lohan fired back via Twitter Thursday. "I'm always a klutz!!!"
